SUBLIMATION

This technique is ideal for printing on textiles and especially those that are 100% polyester such as shirts and other sportswear in general.

Sublimation is one of the most preferred techniques because with its printing method we achieve that the inks adhere to the fabric without generating a patch between the small holes that remain between the fabric. With this technique the garment does not block normal perspiration and retains an excellent print in full color and high quality.

The sublimation process is achieved by printing a design on a special paper called transfer. This print is made with a laser or injection printer. After printing we move on to what sublimation is, which consists in placing the transfer on the piece to be stamped and generating heat with an iron or thermal press. This changes the chemical state of the ink to a gaseous one, which allows it to penetrate the fibers of the garment or material, which is usually 100% polyester.

With the description of this sublimation process you will understand why this technique achieves great uniformity on the stamped surface.

Advantages of sublimation

The printing is more practical and simple because you only need a high quality print to transfer the designs to textiles and surfaces..

  • High quality colors.
  • Smooth finish on the stamped piece.
  • Preserves breathability in textiles.
  • Excellent conservation over time.
SCREEN

VINYL This is one of the alternatives for printing t-shirts and other garments. It is applied by adhesive vinyls that are transferred to the fabric through the application of heat.

The effects on color with this Vinyl technique are very wide and depend on the type of vinyl you choose. We currently have great variety of shades that range from matt to metallic colors, so you can customize clothes for different uses.

Many of our clients have chosen this technique for printing sports uniforms and branding garments. According to the type of vinyl, we can offer you the option of a monochrome print, widely used for the design of numbers and names on sports shirts; or vinyl printing and cutting, with no color limit, used for logos and drawings.

Vinyl Advantages Single color or multi color printing.

This technique also facilitates the printing of garments or pieces of certain difficulty access such as caps. It is also highly resistant to washing. With these techniques adopted in ArtGifLove we offer different options for your print job, plus the creativity, passion and professionalism of our team. Thus we manage to convert common pieces into customized ones and adjusted to your brand or personal purpose.

The direct to garment technique or direct printing on garment and better known as DTG, is especially used in ArtGiftLove to customize textiles and other fabrics. The success of this textile printing technique is due to special printers for Direct to Garment. With this you get high resolution prints right in the part of the textile piece you want.

Advantages of Direct to garment

  • High level of detail, especially for small production lots and unique pieces.
  • Quality printing in very detailed designs such as photographs. Fast printing process with optimized use of inks.
